Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are equipped with soap, paper towels and running water (see violation section for an exception). Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. General food storage practice is adequate. Juicer is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
