- All temperatures meet health requirements

- Three compartment sink warewashing method being utilized during time of inspection, concentration of chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm

- All food products kept in pest proof containers
- All food products stored at least 6" off the floor
- Fume hood maintained in good sanitary condition
- All equipment appears to be maintained in good sanitary condition
