Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-BJDTRN of Nov-29-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handwash station at the front service counter lacking liquid soap and paper towels. Handwash station removed from service and converted to eyewash station, however, the sink chosen is in a primary location need for handwashing (at the primary food prep and handling station. Correction: All designated hand wash stations must be fully stocked with above at all times. Make sure staff review prior to each day and throughout the day. The eyewash station must be moved to an alternate location, ideally to a handsink much less used. Call as soon as possible to discuss. **re-stock as noted above.

Handwash station in front close to hot holding unit and the majority of food prep operational again. Eye wash station switched to other side of kiosk where little food prep occurs.
