The facility is rented out to private parties for catering.
- Handisnks are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Prep sink and dishwashing sink are equipped with hot & cold running water
- Thermometer present in the walk-in cooler to ensure that temperature is maintained below 4C (40F) when it is in use
- Fridge temp was at 1C
- Chest freezer temp was at -29C
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest infestation
- Detergent and sanitizer brought in by renters
- Facility staff sanitizes food contact surfaces with bleach

> Cleaning is required for vent hoods and the fan in the walk-in cooler as dust accumulation is observed
