Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Blenders rinsed out after each use but only sanitized at end of each day.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Items were run through dishwasher for proper wash, rinse and sanitize.

Corrective Action(s): Rinsing between uses continues as long as items are properly sanitized every two hours. Ensure blenders and any items used for stirring throughout the day are properly washed, rinsed and sanitized every two hours.

Observation: Scoops observed in dry storage bins.

Corrective Action(s): Remove scoops after use. These items should be put into dishwasher after each use and sanitized.

Observation: Upon arrival of EHO the floor had water pooling in various locations.
Food debris was found to be on floor in corners, under equipment and in hard to reach areas.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure water is cleaned as it leaks.
Ensure food debris is cleaned from the floor. Staff should clean floor all the way to corner junctions and in hard to reach areas.
Both food and water make excellent breeding grounds for pests. Although the facility was pest free during the inspection it is important to maintain high sanitation to prevent pest activity. This includes water and food sources.

- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use - All bubble tea pearls time stamped within 2 hours
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- Hair restraints in use
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment

COVID-19 WORKPLACE SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- WSBC COVID- 19 Safety plan posted and available on site for inspection
- Staff wearing masks in patron area and back kitchen area
- Plexiglass partitions in place
- 2m physical distancing of patrons in place; floor stickers both inside and out observed, traffic flow controlled
- Seating has been removed for take out services only during this time
