General: - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at the dispenser - dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle ** Please check with maintenance to see if "fluff" in juice machine is dust or part of the insulation of that unit.
