Previous infractions have been corrected. Equipment has been repaired and in working order. On the Go display fridge: bottom shelving units at 3.8C however, top unit lowest temperature is at 5.1C due to open display. Only use bottom shelving for potentially hazardous foods. Top shelves may be used for nonperishables like pop. Ensure to monitor this cooler and log temperature checks. Pepsi cooler is now working at 4C or below. Oven has been cleaned and is free of loose paint debris. No other issues.
