General sanitation is good. Staff washroom - clean; hand sinks stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Display and walk in coolers < or = 4 C. Display and walk in freezers < or = -18 C. Thermometers for cold unit - available. No signs of pest activity. Orkin is hired as their pest control company and inspects the facility on monthly. Traps are set and empty. Random food items (i.e. dairy products, meats) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions. Note: Prepackage food only.
