- Walk-in deli cooler #2 at 2'C
- Display cooler in deli at 2'C
- Under-counter prep cooler in deli at 3'C
- Hot-holding unit with prepared rotisserie chickens measured at >60'C
- QUATS spray bottles measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- Deli slicer is cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours (verified by staff member)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs

Bakery:
- Walk-in bakery freezer at -19'C
- Walk-in bakery cooler at 2'C
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73'C (above minimum required temperature of 71'C)
- QUATS spray bottles measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs

General:
