Follow-up inspection for inspection report# KLAI-CHZRAS - Double sliding door cooler now noted at 4.0C * Note: Thermometer in the unit is broken, noted at 0C, please replace. - Dish sink sprayer head noted in a sanitary condition. Outstanding violations that must be corrected before the next f/u inspection (date to be corrected by: September 28, 2022): 1. Sanitary issues still noted on the underside of the stand mixer, back of the security monitor, bottom shelf of the single-door clear door cooler and ceiling vents. 2. Evidence that the operator has renewed FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent must be provided upon the f/u inspection. 3. Please update the Food Safety Plan for butter cream icing stating that it can be left at room temperature for up to 1 day then discarded. Also that flavorings are added at the time of baking/ decorating - no flavored butter cream icing is stored at room temperature for a prolong time period.
