Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Food in all fridges measured at or below 4 degree C(40F). Food in all freezers measured at or below -18C(0F). Thermometers noted inside units.
- High-Temp dishwasher registered at 72C in the final rinse water.
- Bleach water solution was available in spray bottles and 100-200 ppm chlorine was detected in the solution.
- No structural issues noted at this date. Lighting observed being adequate.
- No obvious sign of pest activity at this time.
Soup is warmed up from frozen and served. Reheating temperature discussed.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Food stored above the floor.
- Floor noted clean and maintained.

Reminders;
- Rubber seal on upright fridge is to be cleaned and the fridge face is to be wiped and cleaned to remove build ups.
- Inside Microwave(in front counter) is to be cleaned from food splatters and maintained.
