Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration temperatures measure < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. The Stewart Hall domestic dishwasher has a sani-cycle. The two-compartment sink is in use in the Stewart Farmhouse kitchen. No recommendations.
