-Follow-up inspection to October 27, 2021.
-Hot foods are now time tracked using labels and erasable markers. Food items are checked for temperature within 2 hours and reheated if needed (foods are reheated only once).
-Cooked food items are rapidly cooled on shallow trays in the walk-in cooler. Food items were at 4C.
-General cleaning has been carried out under the cook line. Stainless steel was installed on the wall and floor to allow for easy cleaning.
-Bleach sanitizer containers were properly labelled to identify the contents. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed.
-Areas affected with rodent droppings cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control if needed.
-Scoops were found to be stored in a sanitary manner with the handle point upright.
