Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Provide paper towels at bar hand sink and kitchen double sink. Provide easy to use soap dispenser at bar sink. Prep kitchen handsink needs to be accessible for use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): As per several emails, application for ownership and name changes from Hemingway to Oceanside Yacht Club was not properly completed. Please compete properly and re submit application. This is required to obtain a valid permit.
