Routine Inspection conducted today.
Facility makes frozen steam buns and RTE foods that are ordered by customer. Facility makes to order. Customer picks up or operator deliver to customer.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle at 100ppm. 2-compartment sinks and 3-compartment sink available. Bulk bleach available on-site.
Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, under counter freezer, chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Dry storage area in sanitary condition.
Exhaust hood observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
