Prepackaged sandwiches, baked goods other non-potentially hazardous items. Sandwiches and baked goods - Bread Affair supplier (expiry dates noted on labels). Milk and other dairy products kept in walk-in cooler/display. Walk-in cooler was at 2-4 deg C. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm in spray bottle. Sandwich display cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. Back 2-comp sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Ice machine was clean and scoop kept in sanitary manner. Washrooms were in satisfactory condition.
