Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated September 28, 2022 there were 22 children and three staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection, a facility risk assessment tool is completed and a copy is provided. This report was reviewed with a staff member and written off site. A copy of this report will be emailed to the manager.
The following were discussed:
One toilet seat and the counters in the children's bathroom are starting to show signs of wear. It is recommended these be replaced or repaired.
A toilet tank cover is cracked and temporarily been repaired with tape. The staff person said a new cover has been requested.
