Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
NOTE: Ensure to keep scoops in ice water at all times.
- 200ppm chlorine available in a bucket to hold wiping rags and spray bottle at front.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at plate level after final rinse.
- Foods obtained from approved sources. Receipts kept on site.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Recent reports checked.

NOTE: Remove cardboards/egg cartons from the kitchen. Top surface of the chest freezers to be properly sealed as discussed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (i.e. far end of the front kitchen) on a more regular basis.
