Discussed last week's complaint stemming from a catered event that occurred in July in Nanaimo Owner will submit a Food Safety Plan to plan for catering events that will occur off site, without a rented kitchen Include: - all equipment needed, - water source and waste disposal, - identify critical control points and critical limits, including procedures for ensuring they are met, and actions if they aren't Rodent chewed walls to be filled with a rodent proof material that is smooth and easy to clean Wall exposed to water to be inspected for moisture damage.
