Closure Order issued in response to a cluster of COVID-19 cases. Premise may not operate until direction from Public Health has determined it is safe to resume operation. Follow-up from previous inspection COVID-19 control measures: - Back of house office space - reduce occupancy to 1 - Staff break areas - when operating without indoor dining staff can be spread out to unused tables, encouraged to take their break outside or within their vehicle - Outdoor patio area - keep weather screens open to maximize outdoor fresh air circulation - Bar area - if bar seating is re-opened, install plexiglass barriers between bartender and seated customers - Ecolab Multi Surface Disinfectant - ensure 5 minute contact time is achieved on surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions.
