CORRECTED VIOLATIONS: 209 (1) corrected - raw foods stored below or away from ready to eat/cooked foods in the stand up cooler. 209 (2) corrected - rice scoops stored in ice water. New ice trays obtained. Ensure ice water is changed out every 2 hours or more often as required. 308 (1) corrected - hot running water available at noted staff washroom.
