-Walk-in coolers were both at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Service area upright cooler was at 4C.
-Breakfast cooler was at 3C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Line under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Service area upright freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C.
-Foods rapidly cooled on ice. Roast cooked the previous night was less than 4C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer properly disassembled after each use.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Staff FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 24, 2026.
