Significant improvement since yesterday's inspection:
-Areas in the kitchen were cleaned and appears disinfected under the stoves, in the corners, under fridges, downstairs storage areas
-No new droppings were observed in the morning as per operator and during today's inspection -you are to check EVERY MORNING for new droppings/mouse activity -any activity must be reported to your pest control company
-A new pest control company has been hired: Dashing Pest Control that came in yesterday evening -copy of the report received -entry points sealed, mechanical traps set out throughout restaurant -Pest Control coming again next Wednesday for follow-up -operator to send a copy of the work report to me
-Bulk food items in dry storage (lightly packaged) in large rodent proof containers
-No perishables observed at room temperature during inspection -sign posted at the shelf area to keep perishable portions small during rush periods
