- Peanut and nut butter production. General production process/ flow reviewed. - Handwash stations are accessible, provided with liquid soap, paper towels, hot and cold water (mixed). - Staff wear hairnets and uniforms in production area. No jewelry and sign-up procedures in place. - EcoLab Foam Force (chlorinated cleaner) and EcoLab Insist (Sodium Hydroxide) used for cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Both products will be replace soon with ChloraGel from new supplier. *Follow manufacturer's instructions. - General sanitation of the premises appears satisfactory. - Regular pest control services provided by Orkin twice a month. Service report dated March 2018 reviewed - pest activity mostly on exterior - Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company. - Ensure that any spilled products are removed and cleaned up quickly. - Ensure that all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service. Storage items should be stored 12" to 18" from the wall to allow for pest control monitoring and trap servicing. - Regularly inspect floor expansion joints and wall joints for cracks, holes, and/ or gaps. Seal cracks, holes, and/ or gaps to prevent pest entry. - Regularly check that door sweeps and seals are intact. Repair and/ or replace quickly when necessary to prevent pest entry.
