Routine inspection:
- Stand-up cooler maintained at 3C.
- Stand-up freezer maintained at -19C.
- Display cooler at the front not in use at the time of the inspection.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 75C at the plate level.
- Food items stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory. However facility needed some organizing.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
- Permit was posted at a visible location to the public.
