Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station was not equipped with paper towels at the time of inspection. Staff members immediately restocked the station.
Ensure all hand wash stations are always fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT VIOLATION. Multiple bins in the walk-in cooler containing sauces and curry were uncovered. Operator was notified and he immediately covered the bins using food grade plastic wrap.
Ensure all foods are covered to avoid possible contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fish was found defrosting at room temperature. Operator was notified and they were educated on proper thawing methods (under cool running water or in the cooler at 4C or below). Operator corrected the violation

Overall, kitchen was observed to be kept in a clean and maintained manner.

- Walk-in cooler was observed to be at 4C
- Walk-in freezer was observed to be below -18C
- Dry storage was adequate and stored off the ground
- High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level. *note: temperature was achieved after 3 runs. Service is recommended
- Bleach solution in labelled spray bottle was at 200ppm. Ensure solution is replaced regularly.
- Low Temp. glasswasher achieved 50ppm
- Ice machines were observed to be clean
- No signs of pest activity. Kitchen has UV fly trap installed.
