Observation: Food debris buildup and used plastic drink cups were found on the floor underneath the ice machine by the drive-through window.

Corrective action: Clean up the floor underneath the ice machine by the drive-through window keeping the floor clean in the facility prevents the attraction and harbourage of pest.

General comments:
-All handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towel.
-Prep cooler by the front serving area is at 4.0C
-Prep cooler by the drive-through window is at 3.4C
-Mini upright cooler by the front serving area is at 3.9C
-Walk-in cooler is at 3.4C; probed salad dressing to be at 3.8C; probed romain lettuce (cut) to be at 3.1C.
-Walk-in freezer is at -18.3C
-Upright freezer by the walk-in cooler is at -19C
-All food stored in all refrigeration units are properly covered and organized
-All refrigeration units are clean, and equipped with accurate thermometers.
-Burger patties are probed to be at 71/4C after grilled. Grills have automatic timers; burger patties are temperature checked three times daily and properly recorded in a log book
-All hot holding units are at or above 60C; probed spicy chicken to be at 70.3C; probed grilled chicken to be at 68.1C; probed potatoes to be at 85.2C; probed chili soup to be at 70.9C
-All QUATS surface sanitizer spray bottles achieved 200 ppm QUATS concentration at the time of inspection.
-QUATS surface sanitizer dispenser by the dishwashing area achieved 200 ppm QUATS concentration at the time of inspection
-3 compartment sink has fitting sink plugs
-Dry storage area is clean and organized
-All food stored on premise are 6" off the floor
