Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer bottle had no detectable chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizer bottle refreshed during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all food contact surfaces are regularly sanitized with an approved sanitizer such as bleach with a 5mL bleach in 1L water solution.

Observation: Several mouse droppings found behind freezers, fridges and bottom shelves of kitchen island near the after-school program end of the kitchen. Also observed a gap between the exterior double doors at the bottom where the doors meet where light was coming through.
Corrective Action(s): Do a deep cleaning of the floor on this side of the kitchen, removing all droppings and debris. Due: 1 week (October 13, 2023)
Also seal the gap between the two exterior doors to prevent pest entry. Due: 2 weeks (October 20, 2023)
