Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 71oC on plate, as per min-max thermometer. Ensure dishwasher is turned on at least 30 minutes prior to using (it took 8 runs from turning on to reach temperature).
Quats sanitizer noted at dispensing system at back. Ensure sanitizer is used to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Note:
1. As previously mentioned in previous inspection report, please be reminded not to do any food preparation at back where dry storage, coolers, and freezers are located. A stainless steel table noted at the back. Only use the back area as storage.
2. Ensure all foods consumed for temple members and public are from approved source. Do not offer homemade food that members made from home.
