-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 3C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods (rice and potatoes) were cooled in shallow layers and were probed at 4C.
-Chicken and lamb were cooked to greater than 74C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure handwashing is carried out after using cell phones.
-Bleach sanitizer pail tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly covered and protected from potential contamination. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
