2) Re-organize cooler to ensure raw potentially hazardous foods are stored below non-PHF or cooked food items to prevent contamination

Routine inspection conducted
-Handwash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap paper towels and hot/cold running water
-All cooler temperatures are at 4C or below
-Freezer temperatures are at or below -18C
-Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm. Sanitizer bucket is running low. Monitor and replace as needed
-QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 200ppm
-Dry storage is okay
