Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings using a 1:10 bleach solution. Monitor for pest activity and contact professional pest control services as required.

Comments

-Facility offers wine making services. Bottles are filled by the customer.
-Additional wine production area added. Production area had a handwash station easily accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Wine bottles are disinfected in a bottle washer. Iodine disinfectant tested at 12.5ppm (minimum 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Carboys are disinfected with sani-brew added manually to a dishwasher. Sani-brew was tested at 50ppm chlorine during the wash cycle (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations in customer fill station area accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
