Bleach sanitizer was prepared at 100ppm at the time of inspection. 2. Bottles of Mondo Hard Surfaces Sanitizer (no drug identification number nor list of active ingridient noted on the bottle) were being used as surface sanitizer. Drain plug available. No sign of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection. * Discontinue using Mondo hard surfaces sanitizer. The product's active ingredient is unknown, and the facility does not have a test strip to measure its concentration.
