General Observations: - Low temp dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine residual at plate surface - Quat sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm residual - Temperature logs maintained - All coolers measured 4C or colder - All freezers measured -18C or colder - Hot held soups measured at 60C or hotter - Dry ingredients stored off the floor - Dry ingredient bins had scoops stored in lid - good - Counters maintained in a sanitary condition Note: Wall behind sink pre-rinse area has some leftover screw holes that need to be filled as all surface need to be impervious to moisture and smooth. - Handsinks maintained with liquid soap and paper towels - No pest activity noted at time of inspection - FoodSafe certified staff on site
