Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): "Lysol Simply" and bleach spray bottle used for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Solution in both bottles were recorded at a concentration above 200ppm that could cause potential chemical contamination of food due to accidental exposure. Operator prepared fresh bleach solution during inspection and was recorded at 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Only use approved food grade sanitizer for sanitizing food contact surface. It is recommended to use bleach at a concentration 100-200ppm.

Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of coolers maintained at or below 4C
- Temperature of freezer noted at -16C
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. 200ppm bleach used as sanitizer in 3rd sink.
- Utensils and tongs were found in sanitary condition.
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
