Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the store manager.

- General sanitation was good! No food debris or grease observed at the hard-to-reach area.
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers maintained at or below 4C.
- Walk-in freezer measured at -6C at time of inspection, staff was busy receiving the delivered frozen products. Food in the walk in freezer were solid frozen.
- QUAT sanitizer in all bucketsa adn at the dispenser tested 200 ppm.
- All the hot holding units maintained above 60C.
- All food items stored at least 15cm off the floor. Dry storage area well organized.
- All food containers in the coolers properly covered and protected from contamination.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing dishes with 76.7C.
- Interior of Ice machine free of mold or food debris. Ice scoop stored in clean condition.
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.

Note: (1) make sure to record the thermometer readings carefully with degree celcius and fahrenheit.
***(2) make sure to change Quats sanitizer every 2 hours and make sure to sanitize the food contact surfaces with sanitizer frequently.
