The following items have been corrected:
-->Walk-in cooler is now at 3.6oC
-->Handwashing stations are all accessible
-->Liquid handsoap and paper towel present at handwashing stations
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition
-->Operator has re-organized shelving units in walk-in cooler, ensure staff places raw meat/eggs/raw seafood away from ready-to-eat foods.

Still outstanding:
-->Mice droppings have been removed; however, new droppings noted. Last report from pest control company indicated no activity currently (on April 4, 2018). Communicate with pest control company and close all possible entry points.
-->Chipped wall and missing base tile exposing bare wood in kitchen by chest freezer. Cover area so that all surfaces are durable, easily cleaned, and impervious to moisture.

Closure order rescinded. Facility is given approval to re-open.
Compliance letter hand delivered to operator. Operator has one week to address discussed issues.
