Corrective Action(s): All equipment must be broken-down and properly washed rinse and sanitized to remove all food debris after use. Round o Matic is still full of old grease, dough and mildew, only wiping the top portion. 2. Found some of the inserts to still have grease and food build up on them. Corrective Action(s): 1.
