Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and, hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured between 100-200ppm chlorine in spray bottles
- three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection
- ice machine is sanitary; scoop stored separately
- ice compartment across from prep cooler sanitary; scoop is stored separately
- no obvious sign of pests; back door closed at the time of inspection
- general sanitation is satisfactory

- pearls either hot held (ThinkKitchen pot) or at room temperature for a max of 4 hours before being discarded
- items added to the menu: bubble waffle, shaved ice (various fruit flavours), mango sticky rice
