Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
QUATS sanitizer in spray bottles measured 200ppm
Mechanical dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine at plate level
Glass washer measured 12.5ppm iodine
Laundry done on site

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
Most products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection

Hoses at mop sink observed to be dangle under lip of mop sink. This is a potential hazard if there is negative pressure on the main water line.
Store hoses so the end of the hose is above lip of mop sink.
