Observation: Rodent droppings found by the back door in the back warehouse area. Did notobserve signs of pests in the production area, upstairs storage, or remaining warehouse areas.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas affected by rodent droppings is cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pests and contact pest control services as needed.

Comments

-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Front cheese cooler was at 4C
-Front walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Front area beverage cooler was at 4C.
-Processing and warehouse walk-in coolers were at 4C.
-Processing and warehouse freezers (walk-in and chest) ranged from -9C to -24C.
-Front area line freezer was at -13C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs and sanitizer available.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat cutting areas and equipment sanitized after each use (within 2 hours) and thorough cleaning carried out at the end of operations.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Canned food items in the store front were in good condition and within their best before dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Did not find homemade/unapproved foods at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
