Observed droppings are reduced Corrective Action(s): Droppings observed in seating areas especially at floor/ wall interfaces. Staff need to be much more thorough in cleaning and removing old droppings daily. Until the pest probem is eliminated ensure all old droppings are removed and all spilled food is removed every night and all floor surfaces under all equipment is thoroughly cleaned. Continue to keep all containers and equipment related to the kitchen stored on high shelves.
