Observation:
Ice machine has mould growth on the inside white plastic lip.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Empty ice machine and discard ice.
2. Clean and sanitize inside of ice machine using manufacturer's instructions.
3. Discard first new batch of ice after machine has been cleaned.

No sanitizer available in the following departments:

Corrective Action(s):
Prepare a 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer solution. Ensure sanitizer is available in all departments at all times. Educate all employees of the importance of using sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. One hand sink in the seafood department (near walk-in cooler) is missing liquid soap.
2. One hand sink in the seafood department (near ice machine) is missing paper towels.
Corrective Action(s):
Place liquid soap and paper towels in the appropriate hand sinks. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all time.
