- Walls
- Ventilation canopy requires professional cleaning/servicing
Corrective Action(s): All areas noted above require a thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
**Clean floors in all hard to reach areas, walls, and ventilation canopy baffles on a bi-weekly basis
