Observation: Chest freezer: handle front is broken and appears to have been repeatedly repaired by layers of clear plastic tape.
Dishwasher: has white calcified residue and debris built up inside, does not appear to have been in use for a long time.
Corrective Action(s): Chest freezer: repair or replace handle with appropriate, cleanable and durable material.
Dishwasher: clean build up inside.

Hand wash station is supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
No food was being prepared at the time of inspection.
Custodian and Maintenance were doing clean up and paint repairs to the cafeteria and kitchen areas at the time of inspection.
Foods on display and on counters were covered in plastic wrap or prepackaged and protected from contamination, thank you.
Fridge temperatures <4C.
Freezer temperature <-18C.
Dishwasher is not in use.
Equipment for hot holding and reheating appear to be in good repair.
Surfaces appear clean.
Bleach sanitizer available.
2-comp sink method utensils and single use disposable dishware and utensils for students.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
