Observation: Observed rodent droppings in the back storage area which appears to be old and dry. Front of the store appears to be free of pest activity at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings by soaking them with 100 ppm bleach sanitizer for 10-15 minutes before picking them up with paper towels. It is essential to remove rodent droppings as they have pheromone that can attract more rodents. Correct this in 2 weeks.

Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Random food items checked for best before dates and packaging integrity. No issues found at this time.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
Sanitation in meat butcher section is adequate.
