Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-AZNTZE. Violations noted on previous inspection have been corrected.
-Display produce cooler repaired - noted 4 C (peeled garlic, mushrooms)
-All temp logs have corrective actions and instructions for staff if temps are outside acceptable levels. All coolers are displaying temperatures in Celsius as per temp logs guide.
-New cutting boards replaced dark/damaged old cutting boards in produce prep area
-Staff able to explain manual dishwashing procedures - signage for manual dishwashing provided (Chinese version)
-Raw wood has been stained and sealed - wooden shelving
-Manager talked to staff about not standing on produce and have rearranged storage of food to allow for easier access for food handlers
-Update hard copy floor plans received
-SP, Cleaning Procedures and FS & Quality Control Guidelines received
