Comments

Flooring is being replaced - good. Finish flooring to that surfaces in all food areas are smooth, non-absorbent and clean.
Gelato made on-site - no raw eggs. Milk is pasteurized.
Bleach is available to sanitize surfaces.
Quats sanitizer is used for the gelato equipment as per directions on the label. (200ppm detected today for sanitizing rinse solution).
Hand washing stations have liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Follow a routine cleaning schedule - remove any unneeded items.
Food Safe Level 1 certification is still valid until July 2018. Go to Foodsafe.ca website and take refresher course to update your certification prior to the end of July.
Food Cart information - provide plans to me. Reference "Mobile Food Premises Guideline BC" 2017 edition.
