A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Floors and window sill in the front dough rolling area has been cleaned of accumulated flour and food debris. - Interior walls of ice making machine, and splash plate for beer lines in walk-in-ccoler have been cleaned and no mildew present. - The staff washroom in the basement has cleaned. No grease and dirt observed. - A new chest freezer has been ordered to replace the damaged one in the basement. - All violations have been addressed.
