Comments

2 door cooler has been repaired. Temperature of cooler was 4C at the time of the inspection. Ensure temperature of both coolers are being monitored to ensure foods are being stored at 4C or colder.
Cleaning as detailed in previous report has been completed. Kitchen must be maintained at this level of cleanliness.
Excess cardboard and packaging containers (not intended for re-use) have been removed. Continue to remove all packaging (ie. cardboard) and materials that are not needed. Do not save cardboard for food storage as it is not an acceptable material. Use washable food grade containers for this purpose.
Foods in cooler were stored in acceptable containers at the time of the inspection and most foods were covered and containers were not double stacked.
Sink in front service area has been repaired and liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing are now present.
